Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making SafetySmartAI usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

Last updated: February 2026.

Our commitment

National Safety Consultants Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards to SafetySmartAI.

Standards we aim to meet

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures we take

Accessibility is considered as part of our ongoing development work. Measures include:

  • Semantic headings and form labels so screen readers can interpret pages
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and controls, with visible focus states
  • Touch targets sized for comfortable use on mobile and tablet devices
  • Text and interface colors chosen for readable contrast, in light and dark mode
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons used as controls
  • Responsive layouts that adapt to small screens and browser zoom
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animation is used

Known limitations

Some content is generated by artificial intelligence and may include formatting or phrasing that is not optimally structured for assistive technology. Uploaded documents and third-party resources linked from the app are outside our control and may not meet the same standards. We welcome reports of specific barriers so we can address them.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in SafetySmartAI, please tell us so we can help and improve. Reach us through the Contact page, including the page or feature involved and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within two business days.
